Good things to know.
Do I own my website?
Yes. The build is yours. Full ownership and source transfer to you at 12 months of continuous care, or earlier by arrangement. You are never locked in to keep us.
How does cancellation work?
Care plans run on a 6-month minimum, billed monthly in advance. After that, cancel any time with 30 days notice. We part on good terms and hand everything over cleanly.
What's included each month?
Managed hosting, SSL, backups, uptime monitoring, and a set number of change hours for your tier. Anything beyond that is billed at $125/hr, always quoted before we start.
How long does a build take?
A Seed site is typically 1–2 weeks; Branch 3–5 weeks; Sanctuary scoped per project. We agree a timeline up front and keep you in the loop the whole way.
